WILL ATTORNEY'S/LAWYERS SEND LETTERS TO ME IN THE MAIL ABOUT CONSULTATIONS AND STUFF LIKE THAT, OR DOES EVERYONE NOT RECEIVE THOSE LETTERS ALL THE TIME? (I DONT NEED A LAWYER.....IM JUST ASKING...FOR ALL THE SMART ASSES OUT THERE!!)

If you want an attorney, you will have to go out and hire one. They are not going to come knocking on your door.

If you need a lawyer, look up a criminal defense attorney in your area, since this is a criminal offense.
It would also help your case if you also enroll in a drug intervention course before your court date.

No, don't expect lawyers to send you junk mail. You need to either higher one or the courts will provide you with one.

Those lawyers buy your information from the "freedom of information act". They are usually dregs, get yourself a good lawyer, cause you might be flagged for life for this one.
