Of course there is. On the job application, leave the felony question unchecked. That way later you cannot be terminated for false information.

I know a convicted felon that worked at a hospital. They did a background check and knew about the felony. Just depends what the job is and what the felony is. The person I mentioned was convicted of a forged check crime and the job did not give access for that person to commit the same crime.

A parole officer I know advises his cases to have the don't ask-don't tell policy. Skip the felony question on the application and answer truthfully during the interview, IF they ask. 1 out of 3 times, they do not ask. Dpends on the job.

Yes, depending on the field your looking to work in and the felony that you were charged in. You have to talk to a counselor and let them help you find something in your field. good luck,

Yes. I have worked places that hire convicted felons as long as it wasn't for theft.

Unfortuantely, you may have to lie and state that you don't have a felony when asked...and pray that they dont check your references
