If a democrat is elected to president? Will that mean there will be tranquility in the United States, will we all be one big happy family?.....It's only logical that if a democrat were to be elected, all the democrats will be happy with their leadership and will and will have nothing more to complain about........, at the same time, since the republicans have a deep rooted belief that to question the president of the United States is unpatriotic and treasonous, they won't complain either........

a FEMA press conference held in CA yesterday turns out to have been a complete ruse. all of the people that asked questions have been confirmed to be FEMA employees that were given scripted questions to ask.
is this the Bush administrations idea of journalistic integrity?
according to experts this is the first time a national press conference has been known to have been completely staged.

People are so worried about securing the borders they need look into limiting the amount of Tourist Visas etc because most enter legally then overstay on purpose. I know a lot of people that came in the country on tourist visas legally but over stay and is not out of status. What do you think?

Please, I really want those who have already decided to vote for Hillary to explain the reason(s) why they would do so.

her record as a US Senator is not even average, let alone spectacular. She has already practically offered all things to all people, and you know she can't possibly deliver it all, nor does she intend to.

Some will say, she has to be better than what we have. To that I say, not only is it poor reasoning to think so, it has been proven untrue in the recent past. When Carter ran against Ford, while I didn't vote for Carter, I felt he could not do worse, I was wrong.

Politicians change their positions more than Jenna Jameson does. Its tough to find one that is consistent over a 4 year period... let alone 20 years. I found this clip of Ron Paul from 20 years ago talking about the exact same issues he talks about today. That is admirable IMO and demands respect.

In my own family I have a niece who mentioned she would like to join the air force after graduation . Her father served for twenty years and is a successful employee of a major defense contractor making 6 figures a year .
The dilemma is that support for her decision is weak and her mom refuses to even talk about it other then to forbid it .
At 18 she is free to do as she wants and will follow her own path in life .
So why is it that within my own family of so called conservatives they will not support the military that has been so good to them financially by offering up one of four children to the military . The older boys in 2002/2005 were counseled against joining the services , And went immediately to college to pursue legal and business degrees .

I have to wonder why so called conservatives who support the war do not actively support the war when their children mention they want to join .

I was caught underage drinking and I have to decide within 15 days to go to Juvenile hall for 5 days or my parents pay a $250.00 fine and I have to do community service for 12 weeks - But if I screw up I go to juvi hall for 30 days. What should I do. Some of my friends say take the 5 days in juvi and get it done with its nothing Has anyone ever been sent to juvinille hall and what is it like. Thanks

He is vetoing the childrens health insurance bill because he says it will be helping people who can afford to buy their own insurance which i agree with but then he turns around and promises millions of dollars in aid to people in California whos home was worth anywhere between 500,000 to ten plus million and more with rolls royces and porsches parked in their driveway who obviously dont need financial help now isnt this a flip flop?
