here is an idea how to fight these wildfires: National Guard oh wait they are all over in Iraq its time like these we need our military at home instead of fighting wars that are unconstitutional and for no good cause. So here is my question do you think that our military should be home taking care of its own people and defending our borders instead of fighting a stupid war? I am not saying i do not support our troops i just dont support the "war on oil"

There is a critical lack of public transport throughout Aust. and handing me back 30 or so dollars a week is not going to solve anything for me personally. The government should be more forward thinking than just this election and start to consider what they would really like to leave there own kids for the future!!!

After a violent relationship of 7 years with 3 hospital visits, I upped and left everything behind. I had no home, he lost me my job and threatened my family. After a 3 year court battle I finally got awarded half the equity of the flat. He insisted I take a further cut from his half to get my life on track and sorry for all his grief. After all this was my money that had paid for the flat from a former home of mine. He had been busy in and out of prison. He has just served me with a court hearing to regain half the money back, can he do this to me?
After 4 years I have resettled and placed all that I had into a new home, can he take this home from me also? Will I have to run again?
As the equity split was witnessed and signed through a solicitor can he over ride the legal agreement?

As I read the illogical and narrowminded reasons why Americans do not want Health Care for all its citizens, I cant help but believe that Americans just do not want to think someone else has got it right. If paying 500 dollars for a 30 min visit to a doctor to tell you that you are sick and then providing a person with a 50 dollar perscription for some drugs that potentiallly can make a person sicker than they already are because of the side effects.. Then Stupid is As Stupid Does" Run! Forest Run! Universal health care is a good Idea!

I was stunned when I heard this question from my teacher.
In Singapore, Governance functions as follows:
1) Legislative(Makes law)
People involved: President+Members of Parliament
2) Executive(Carries out the law)
People involved: (President+Cabinet[PM included])
3) Judiciary

Is he involved in Legislative too and define Member of Parliament(Does it mean For eg. Minister for Defence)?

It doesn't matter how solid the other answers are, or even if other answers actually cite laws and cases. I choose the first poorly spelled and grammatically suspect answer which says I'M IN THE RIGHT. Yes, I "definatly" have a case!

Is that a good idea? After all, simply because someone's writing is atrocious doesn't mean that they're not able to understand complex laws and archaic legal language, right?
