I was going to say Blair, but now I see he wasn't all that bad compared to the others people have listed. Still he was until recently the Prime Minister of my home country, so I'll kick him in the butt; or even better his wife. She was far worse.

Of foreign countries, oh man, there are too many: Ahmadinejad of Iran, Chavez of Venezuala, Kim Jong Il of N. Korea, Putin of Russia. I couldn't possibly stop at one! I'd be a serial butt kicker.
Of domestic leaders: Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Jimmy Carter, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton. Ok so maybe they aren't all leaders, but they deserve a kick in the @ss!
