I have an issue with a soldier. She is now claiming she is a certain religion because they a lot of holidays. She is saying she is suppose to get all of the holidays off. I am trying to find the regulation that states exactly what she is allowed and how to go about it. She is one of those that will run to EO at the drop of a hat. If anyone knows about this please give some input.

American politicians have been running for President since last year. The election will not take place until mid-November, 2008. That is 13 months from now. By the time the election happens, the politicians will have been campaigning for more than 2 years. The winner will get to be President for 2 years before he/she has to start campaigning again. Doesn't that seem unproductive?
Does the 2 year campaign help to make Americans well-informed? Does it enable them to make sophisticated decisions? Then why did they elect George W. Bush twice?
The rest of the world begged Americans not to make the same mistake twice, but they thumbed their noses at us.
This 2-year election campaign is not going to produce a Great Leader who will lead the United States out of the desert. The next president will be powerless to restore the country to its past greatness.
This is not the time for circuses. The Americans need a strongman to lead them out of the darkness. They need a military coup.

n their last moment together, Oliver moves his hand slightly towards Barbara, who moves her hand in kind, until they are touching. Barbara shoves his hand away, and they die.

The movie then goes back to Gavin talking to his client, telling him that he has one of two options - he can go ahead with the divorce the man is looking for - which would require a long, tough fight. Or he can get up, leave and go home to be with his wife. Gavin turns his back to light a cigarette while the client quietly gets up and walks out of the office. Gavin smiles, calls his own wife, tells her he'll be home soon, and that he loves her, then hangs up, looking out the window.

We bought the car As Is from one of those questionable small lots for people with bad credit (Our stupidity) When we called after the second incident and requested our down payment back and out of the deal, our salesperson said that would not be a problem. We went in two days later and they said they had fired him and he was a "liar" we couldn't get our money back, out of the deal, anything. Since he WAS an employee at the time he sold the vehicle would his statement be binding if we subpoenaed for a small claims court hearing? Please helpful answers only. I *know* we should have had a mechanic check the car prior to sale. Thanks!

Democrats have been in charge of the California state legislature for the past 8 or so years, and yet they have done nothing to prevent the current catastrophe. Everyone told them that this situation was coming around and they did NOTHING (too busy voting for gay marriage which was Vetoed THANK GOD). Democrats do not care if people lose their homes (as they have no concept of private property and their lack of action has been SHAMEFUL.

Democrats also have been responsible for blocking any sort of logging, which would have been helpful in blocking the spread of these fires.Hope this will influence California and the rest of the nation to go for the Republicans for the 2008 presidential election.

At what point did you realize that it was becoming a problem in the U.S.? Was it gradual, an event, a bill or law, a media thing, etc.? Recently or years ago? Thanks in advance for respectful, responsible answers...
