We would not be having to listen to a president ask for more money to fund an "illegal and ill conceived war in Iraq and Afghanistan. We would have recognized that global warming does exist and done something about it before it became too late like right now! We also would not have a president who thinks that funding a war is more important than taking care of our children..........

To answer it again, if Gore actually became President, he would have retaliated against Osama Bin Laden, but certainly would not have invaded Iraq.

There would not have been any tax cuts.

He most likely would have lost his re-election in 2004 due to prioritizing his Global Warming agenda over other pressing issues.
