How long will it take for the marriage which is already performed to get it registered in court? In Gujarat? We want our marriage certificate ASAP so that I can apply for UK Visa after marriage and later for PR. What documents we both require? Does anyone know any one who can assist with this legal process of getting our marriage registered in Court. Any help really appreciated. Thank you.

And for you people that want to say that we named it that because the Operation Iraqi Liberation has an acronym that spells OIL please don't waste my time....

sure it does big deal it still says Iraqi Liberation....which is the same as Iraqi Freedom...

it still says we are going to free people from a tyrannical dictator

Honestly, yes it does open for more "chain" immigration, but do you guys honestly think that kids who were brought to the country illegally, when they were too young to even know what illegal meant, should just be deported? Picture yourself coming to the US at age 5. You don't speak your native language, you dont know anyone or anything about your native country.. you've gone to US schools your entire life.. your entire life is in America. friends, family, culture, lifestyle.. yet there is one thing seperating you from everyone else you know.. where you were born. is that even ethical!?

Within legal terms, we have a legal case going at the moment where we are filing for judgement against someone, and the defendant has been stalling the whole process.
Our lawyer said that he "placed them on the bar", which means they have to answer within 7 days, or they are not allowed to defend?

What exactly does this "place them on the bar" or "put them on the bar" mean?

I think every road contract is given to seperate authorities like the NHAI, MMRDA or the local authority. But then how do we reach all these people in a manner that it really makes a difference. I dont want my complaint to fall on deaf ears or lie in a heap of complaints.

I'm looking into purchasing a firearm but I don't know what the laws are as far as registering it. I know the Constitution, for what it's worth these days, forbids the government to restrict gun ownership to law-abiding citizens. But am I required to register it?

i would have invaded turkey just after the greek campaign (while stationing the majority of troops on the russian border of course) the turkish army would of been an easy victory and lead to a land bridge to the middle east which mans the suez could of been attacked on two different fronts and the supply ship and convoys would not have to be ran through the med and passed malta.

also by controlling turkey the caucasian oil fields would be in easy reach from the turkish border thus denying ussr access to its oil reserves and starving its t- 34's of oil and denying ussr's ability to wage tank battles on the scale they did.

also with the fall of the suez the med would be virtually cut of, even with gib in british control. such a result may have lead to franco joining the axis.

once russia fell a land bridge with japan in the east, via siberia, would have been created. britain would sue for peace and america would never of been attacked due to the supply of caucasian oil

I am not affiliated with this group, and cannot vouch for their other videos, but, in my opinion, this is very important for all Americans to see. Stray from party lines for a moment. Is it inconcievable for the powers that be to lie to you (us)?

I'm one of many people who have fallen prey to Net Detective/HD Publishing Group. If you're interested - check out the site http://www.ripoffreport.com/searchresults.asp?q1=ALL&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0&submit2=Search%21&q5=Net+Detective
Not only they don't deliver (you can find more information in your phone book than what they have), but according to hundreds of other victims like me - Net Detective keeps charging $29 to your card EVERY MONTH instead of it being a one-time fee as promised. Those who used a credit card can just dispute the unathorized charge, but I am among the people who used the debit card - and they lose money this way every month with the bank being unable to stop the charges and Net Detective support services promising to reimburce and then charging again. Their customer service people are trained to give you the runaround and not let you off the hook. The automatic payments DO NOT STOP. I just joined, discovered the fraud and can't cancel. Help!!
