THe Witch and the Harris Fire started first them 25 15 and 10 miles away from the main fires these fires broke up. THe Horno fire was a byproduct of the CAL firefighters starting a back fire that went out of hand. Was this the situation with the other two fires mentioned above?

My father was Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, 1972.
Does this position mean that he was serving in a capacity that meets the legal definition of foreign diplomat.
I was born in the U.S.
Do I have the right for U.S. citizenship?

ok lets say Australia became a Republic and the model decided was an Elected President. What would the Election for president be like? would we see what we see in the US where you have like 20 candidates competing for only two nominations from each of the parties Liberal and Labor. and if we made an elected president but retained the position of Prime Minister how would the legislative elections be affected.

I mean North Korea REALLY has nuclear weapons and Iran only has the technology to be able to make them in a few years. So why not take out North Korea's nuke sites and show Lil' Kim that he's not the God he thinks he is?

I just don't see it. Campaign fraud. Whitewater. No experience at anything. Running on her husband's name. Failed socialist health care program in 1993. Socialist ideals in general. I just don't see why any American would vote for a socialist criminal, like Hillary. What gives?

My parents are co-signers for my 33 yr old sister. She moved into the apt in April 07, rent is $425 / mo. and has only made the 1st month payment on time. Just yesterday I found out that they had to pay the last 4 months of rent or my bum of a sister would be evicted and if my parents dont pay the rent they will be taken to court and would have to pay the expenses.

Is there ANY way to wash their hands of her and the cosigned contract at all???

I appreciate your advice, thank you so very much!

I am an atheist. I don't believe in god. But whenever I fill up a form(e.g- admission form of college etc.) I have to fill up the religion box as 'hindu' which don't like. As Freedom of religion is fundamental right guaranteed by the constitution of India, is there any legal process 2 become an atheist legally/officially.

So far, the only major havens of support I've seen for Ron Paul is his cult following on Yahoo! Answers. I had to actually make a homework assignment out of finding anything relating to times when people in the real world actually noticed him - like at the republican debates where he pretty much blamed the US for 9/11. Nice going, champ.

He sounds like a classic libertarian who is running under the Republican ticket because he thinks he might actually have a chance of winning by masquerading under their name. Personally, I agree with some of his points, but I plan on voting against him during the primaries. Not because I think he'd make a bad President, but to kick all of his loony goof-ball supporters in the nuts. I'd probably back him if his supporters were normal people and not fanatic sheep.

What about all of the underage 'girls' who are told by their 'boyfriends' to get an abortion? What about all the father's who 'tell' their daughters that they are going to get an abortion? What about the mother's, grandparents who have an 'influence' in a young 'girls' decision? What about ALL those family secrets? There are alot of young girls out there who have had abortions and just don't (were told not to) say anything about it. I guess it can be embarrasing when a 14 or 15 year old girl gets pregnant. We wouldn't want the neighbor's to gossip, would we?? So, what about 'CHILDREN'S RIGHTS'??

We need more tyrannical kings. Life wouldn't be right without them. Capitalism sucks. I also want their incompetent children to rule generation after generation...long live the king!

I was in the military and I'll tell you in my opinion a draft will NEVER work today.

You will just have a bunch of people that don't want to be there and the quality will go down. They will not do what they're told and it will create a new set of problems.

Voluntary service is the only way to go.

okay so long story short.
my friend and i egged a house.
then he dropped me off.
on his way home, he got a call on his cell phone from the police but it said it was a private caller and it was all like asking about egging and stuff.
but like, how would the police get his cell phone number?!
it's not even under his name, it's under his mom's name.
and when they called they addressed him by his nickname, not his full name.
they didn't even ask his last name.
and then they asked if he was with me and they didn't even say my last name. how would they even know that i was with him!?
and then they called his house and they called that private too.
does this story sound a little fishy?
because we think our friends that knew we were doing this called and pretended to be the police just to freak us out.

So here is why I am frustrated. I want to know about SCHIP, so I read a bunch of news stories on it (from newspapers all over the political spectrum -- isn't Google News wonderful). However, all they told me was what politicians said about it. For example, Bush and Bohner, said it allows health care to illegal aliens, takes health care away from private insurance companies, and covers adults and families making over 80K. Pelosi and Reid said the opposite. Why can't some journalists read the bill and tell me who is telling the truth -- complete with quotes from the bills to support their conclusions. I would read the bill myself if I had the time, but I don't. Given however, that jounalists get paid to report, you would think that someone would actually read the bill and tell me what it really says.
