I'm one of many people who have fallen prey to Net Detective/HD Publishing Group. If you're interested - check out the site http://www.ripoffreport.com/searchresults.asp?q1=ALL&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0&submit2=Search%21&q5=Net+Detective
Not only they don't deliver (you can find more information in your phone book than what they have), but according to hundreds of other victims like me - Net Detective keeps charging $29 to your card EVERY MONTH instead of it being a one-time fee as promised. Those who used a credit card can just dispute the unathorized charge, but I am among the people who used the debit card - and they lose money this way every month with the bank being unable to stop the charges and Net Detective support services promising to reimburce and then charging again. Their customer service people are trained to give you the runaround and not let you off the hook. The automatic payments DO NOT STOP. I just joined, discovered the fraud and can't cancel. Help!!

You should be able to do a stop payment with your bank. They may charge a fee though.

Be able to identify the persons responsible for the operations of Net Detective and file a formal complaint in court against them.

Report it and get a court case against them. A lawyer will tell you what you need to do. Also stop payment on that at your bank or cancel your debit number and have your card changed.

If you fill out a fraud claim at your bank, they can stop the charges from coming out of your account.
