Our dear old currency is currently the strongest monetary unit on the planet, so that's a bit wrong now isn't it?
One pound = Two dollars = hardly worthless.
And I don't want particularly to be part of the European Union, since one overlord at a time is enough.
Maybe once Scotland is independent I'll change my mind, but it's bad enough having to listen to London without someone in Brussels having the final say in a country that isn't their own.

The official line now is to compare the Dollar with the Euro instead of the Pound, it is just another stealthy move to slide us into full European status hoping we won't notice. They think we are all fools.

The EU is the worst thing that we could possibly join! I mean it is rubbish! The government should ask what we want.

I'd sooner bomb Europe than be a part of it. That's what we had to do to stop ourselves being a European superstate last time. Hmmm, maybe it's time for a new war?
