I was stunned when I heard this question from my teacher.
In Singapore, Governance functions as follows:
1) Legislative(Makes law)
People involved: President+Members of Parliament
2) Executive(Carries out the law)
People involved: (President+Cabinet[PM included])
3) Judiciary

Is he involved in Legislative too and define Member of Parliament(Does it mean For eg. Minister for Defence)?

The Prime Minister just like the President is the Executive Head of State and he carries out the law but not make laws.
