I contracted a company to ship my vehicle and the contract between us states that they are not responsible for interior damages or theft of after market accessories in the vehicle. The company then subcontracted the shipment to another company. The after market accessories were stolen and damages done to the interior of the vehicle. Is the contract still binding if I did not sign the contract with the subcontractor(third party). Who can I sue for this damages.

This is a poll question. I am not here to argue and waste my time. This question asks only for SHORT answers. Why do some of you people support a criminal US President? Aren't you aware of his lies and the illegal war that is killing innocent Iraqi people? Do you like to see these things happen?

Are you an honorable people, upright, and God fearing?

If the President of your nation lied and your military consequently went into a nation, any nation, and slaughtered it's people. Would you be proud of this?

The way as you can clearly see (I'm sure you're not stupid) for any US president to get his way is to lie about the situation in hopes that he can convince enough people to believe in him and convince enough people to do his bidding and support his cause (do in other people and to do in the opposition, people who may be godly

For the sake of this question and your own reasoning, you need to follow events truthfully and you need to follow the true and accurate reasoning of the law!

I watched a program and the people in the audience asked
the politicians some serious questions about immigration and war in the middle east, To my horror they have no notion of the fears of the small man, they ramble on in their usual self rehearsed way making small humour between themselves
do they ever listen to us, they should be brought to account for the damage they have done, their goal is their carreer' not the country, I have not been political minded before
but am really incensed with those selfish idiots

If you are married, and your spouse is financially destroying you, do you have any recourse as a spouse? My cousin's husband is self employed, got himself into major debt, kept it from his wife - tried to handle it on his own - it has spiraled out of control - he is being uncooperative, vague and secretive. 2 kids, one on the way - may lose the house. She doesn't understand the situation, can't get a grasp on what is going on - doesn't know where to start, or how she can 'save herself' -is divorce the only option - is there a lawyer that can help her while they are still married?

b) support civil unions but not marriage for same sex couples

c) oppose marrage and civil unions for same sex couples, but oppose an ammendment to the US Constituional outlawing same sex marriage.

d) support an ammendment to the US Constituional outlawing same sex marriage.

2) Do you know, or have you known,

a) 0 gay people

b) at least 1 gay person, but no gay couples

c) at least one gay couple

By "gay couple" I mean two gay or lesbian people living together, but not necessarily married.

Thanks for your replies! I have wanted to see this in the press, but never have so I thought I would ask it myself on Yahoo! Answers.

One more thing, I have heard a fair amount about civil unions in the news, but I do not understand the difference between a civil union, and a marriage in a courthouse. If you know the difference, or have an opinion, I would be very interested!

and to end the war!
"Tomorrow, Saturday, October 27, tens of thousands of people nationwide will take to the streets demanding impeachment and an end to the war. ImpeachBush members are mobilizing nationwide to take part in these actions. The call for impeachment is being heard coast to coast. Congress is unable to hide from this constitutional requirement being demanded by their constituencies."

coming from ,to understand where I want to go, and the question:
I served in the Army, in the mid 1950's to early 1960's. I am EXTREMLY PROUD to have two (2) HONORABLE DISCHARGES !!!!
Now at 69+, I have been 'fighting' inoperable brain tumors for over 7 years. I DO NOT NEED, WANT, NOR DESIRE SYMPATHY !!!!!!!!!!
I have to return to the Houston, Texas V.A. Hospital, this next tuesday, for more M.R.I.'S and 'Cat' scans.
Like 99.99% of VETS, I support our HERO'S / TROUPES all the way.
Since the Iraqi's believe that bombing women, children, men, and our troupes are o.k., how about , at least one, of us who have been pronounced "terminal", "strap on a 'bomb' and give a bunch of the terrorists a dose of their own medicine ( rememner that none of us are perfect, we all have at least one sin, at death)
I am still able to 'power walk', at military cadence, one mile in the a.m., and another mile in the p.m.
NOW, THE Question: Am I wrong to feel this way?

Do you agree with this comment?
Any Democrat can quote Jefferson and make Republicans seem anti-constituional, and any Republican can quote Adams and make Democrats seem anti-constituional. But, even these two founding fathers were aware of the roles they played.

and you don't plan on going into the miltitary (I can't get in because of being on medication). I went through the whole process at the MEPS center to enlist in the Marine Corps, but in the end got denied because of the kind of medication I was on. And I can't be off of it for a whole year, let alone a week, which would get me in. Thanks.

agenda?
Thomas Jefferson made an interpretation of the 1st Amendment to his January 1st, 1802 letter to the Committee of the Danbury Baptist Association calling it a "wall of separation between church and State." Madison had also written that "Strongly guarded. . . is the separation between religion and government in the Constitution of the United States." There existed little controversy about this interpretation from our Founding Fathers.
If religionists better understood the concept of separation of Church & State, they would realize that the wall of separation actually protects their religion. Our secular government allows the free expression of religion and non religion. Today, religions flourish in America; we have more churches than Seven-Elevens.
Although many secular and atheist groups fight for the wall of separation, this does not mean that they wish to lawfully eliminate religion from society.

I'm talking about requiring all Americans ages 18-26 to be active in some sort of program such as the military, the Peace Corps, the Red Cross, the Americorp, be trained as first responders, or some service designed to clean up after national disasters.

I've got to write an argumentative paper for an english class about some controversial aspect of the military draft, and I'm really stretching for ideas that I can work into an effective paper that is the appropriate length.
