i see no point in having them anymore and its UNFAIR and makes it seem pointless to vote if their vote overrides THE PUBLIC anyway

The Political parties are the same with little change. We have not had a president to make a dramastic change in over 100yrs. This system is designed to keep us fooled and occupied with bull,while they continue to get rich and milk the citizens of this country. Please wake up. We need leaders not followers.

My sister got arrested last night for disorderly conduct b/c her boyfriend lunged at her while she was holding her son and she bit his wrist in defense. She was arrested but was never read her miranda rights. Does anyone have any legal advice for her? What can she do regarding these charges?

blame bush for not acting quick enough for katrina but then say he doesnt need to go to cali hell just be in the way . i dont get the media , and last time i checked congress sat on their hands durning katrina they could of sent fema,. but no everyone thinks bush is the only power when you ppl really need to learn the chain of government. so why is it no matter what bush does they find fault with it ?

so if bush doesnt go to cali does that mean he doesnt like white ppl either ?

Only in regard to marijuana. I know there are cut-off levels on the tests and let's say you barely were above the level and failed. Do most companies automatically refuse to hire or will they discuss with you first and see what's going on. It would make sense that its an automatic non-hire, but if they really want someone I thought they may have a level of flexibility. These days marijuana is not considered a big deal, so I'm thinking things are getting relaxed.

I asked this question two hours ago in a different format and had no answers. It occurred to me that it sounded lke a possible sick spoof and therefore here it is reworded.
The lady in her 50's was in ill heath and had collapsed in the street in Harlepool. Anthony Anderson 27 urinated on her and for some bizarre reason also covered her with shaving foam. Whilst doing it he shouted 'This is YouTube material'
He admitted outraging public decency.
The bastard will likely be out within 18 months. Do we really want scum like this on our streets or should they be put down? I know whaty I'd choose.

I have a 19 year old male friend who is a senior in high school and was dating a freshman girl who was 14 when her parents found out they freaked out and pressed charges of indecency with a minor. Now he has a court date on teh 8th of November and he is wondering how long he can get or if he can get off with parole since it is his first time to ever be in jail??? Oh and it is in Arkansas.

He graduates on November 16 from the Navy basic training. I've read all of the rules about liberty time that he will be given after the graduation ceremony, and it says that he must stay in his uniform at all times, unless he's going to be swimming or doing other physical activities, at which time he must wear an issued sweatsuit. So, does this mean that he and I will not be able to enjoy our time in our own way? I'm just curious, and I'm sure he'll know by the time the time comes, but I'd like to know now. And unless you have a serious answer, please don't respond. Thanks.

She's not even in the White House yet and people, especially right here, just love to trash her like she's the second coming of Stalin. Why? I'm not voing for her but only because the hostility directed towards her is borderline insanity in many cases and I think we need a leader who can effectively unite the country. I don't think that's possible and I don't think anyone running is capable.

I was in a car with 3 other people and we were pulled over by the police becuse the driver went through a red light. We were all told to get out of the car and the police said for ther safety we were no under arrest but they had to handcuff us - and the way they did it was we were handcuffed together as a group around a sign post - (It was really embrassing everyone passing by was looking at us.) and they asked if they could search us and the car and if anything was in the car and the driver gave permission to search the car and we all said they could search us. In the car they found some beer and some weed and they asked whos it was and know one said anything and they said we were all charged with it. The sentence we got was 80 hrs of community service - But the worst part was being handcuffed together to a sign post and being taken to lockup. Has anyone ever had that experience.

My reasons are as follows:
some crazy and inconsistent laws, OF the 100 cops ive come in contact with, only 2 were nice to me. I dont want ol george bush blowing up more builidngs to make people pro war. And on that fact, I dont want to get drafted for a bullshit war.
