This isn't a joke. A man has received 3 years for urinating on a dying woman. Is British justice dead ?

I asked this question two hours ago in a different format and had no answers. It occurred to me that it sounded lke a possible sick spoof and therefore here it is reworded.
The lady in her 50's was in ill heath and had collapsed in the street in Harlepool. Anthony Anderson 27 urinated on her and for some bizarre reason also covered her with shaving foam. Whilst doing it he shouted 'This is YouTube material'
He admitted outraging public decency.
The bastard will likely be out within 18 months. Do we really want scum like this on our streets or should they be put down? I know whaty I'd choose.

Estrella E: I think putting down does need to be done in very many cases. I think we have to protect decent people. If somebody offends against society they don't deserve to be part of it and prison time costs the taxpayer money.

Dude i know what I'd choose, I'd say Anthony Anderson should be put down in a method chosen by the victims family. i live in Britain and i am F***ing tired of murderers, rapists and other serious criminals getting little more than a slap on the wrists, just like this guy. I say we follow the Americans example and reinstate the death penalty for serious crimes and give people USA style prison sentences e.g. 100's of years instead of "life" (meaning a few years) for other crimes.

That is pretty sick. If he was drunk the court may have been more lenient, but maybe they thought he mas mentally unstable...? No one but a real sicko or mental person would do that surely? But it does cost a lot of money to keep one person in jail for a year so I guess they have to be more lenient now-a-days, seeing as the prisons are filling up. But you are totally right he might be out in 18 months which is discusting, and can't really be called "Justice".

OK, if we or in this case Britian, locked up every stupid and immoral criminal for long periods of time there would be an even greater prison over-population problem. In America, the guy probably would have done less than 1 yer if anty time at all. It's sad, but true that in this world we have such little respect for our fellow men.

The man is obviously off his rocker and certainly should be in a place of safety where he can do no harm. He most certainly should not be in prison where the "good" villains can get their hands on him. I also think that the judge who sentenced him should resit his test.

Yea I agree it's fu@king outrageous!....There seems to be a lot of 'You-tube' related crimes in the UK lately...I logged on the other day to check out my home town & could not believe the amount of shameful violence posted on ther sick b@rstards!

i tell you what people like that should be fooking strung up by their nuts and tortured to death. i heard that on the news today and i was nearly sick. the poor woman had fallen over and was looking help, instead she got this psycho humiliating and hurting her. give me 5 minutes in a room with him, he would be begging for a longer sentence.

I think that maybe it was a shame the cops caught him before the woman's relatives did.

I'm sure they could have put more of a human face on this sick and senseless act.
