Clearly, most of them haven't learned anything. I don't think they know why Yellowstone burned, I never heard it on my liberal news stations. I learned about it from a friend who worked for the government in Yellowstone. He was disgusted how more land was lost from the fires than from controlled burns could ever cause. Some of the fires in Cali. were started my arsonists. That seems to happen often this time of year when there are Santa Ana winds. And of course they can blame President Bush for not doing enough.

The same problem is facing the foothills area just west of Denver as you drive into the Rockies. It is an absolute necessity if people don't want another conflagration.

Someone started the controlled burns for them because the California wildfires were caused by arsonists, not mother-nature.
