I'd never give up work. But my earning potential for lets say the next 20 years is about 3.3 million so I would need that maybe a bit more and then I would find a job that I truly enjoy that also gives me time to spend with my family. Probably day trading and volunteer work.

Depends on your lifestyle and your ability to control spending. Many lottery winners have spent it all. I would never completely retire but $2 mil would make me slow down a bit.

10 million minimum. I would never give up work, I would just own companies, and create more jobs for complaining libs.

at about 1 million I would stop worrying about money, but I would still do mutual aid and volunteer work.
