It's easy to tell you have either never been to Georgia or a few other states in the south or you just hit your head really hard against the wall in your hallway. There is some stupid (s) hit that goes on down there. I would bet the girl was white!! Yes, that was meant to sound like it did, and yes I'm white!

The big mistake he made was in being Black.
I've NEVER heard of a white teenager sentenced to any jail time because of having sex with another teenager two years younger than him.
What is really wacked in that case is that at one point the prosecuter was sending around copies of the videotape of them having sex. If you ask me, he should have been convicted of distributing child pornography.

I know what you mean it is over the top personally he should of got a caution as she was underage but it seems consensual sexual acts is treated worse then a violent act like mugging an old lady.

A 15yr old is too immature to make grown up decisions like that. Mostly 15yr old girls just want someone to like them, and if the only attention she can get is sexual she misinterprets it to be love. That is why it is wrong.

pretty strange is it not,.....we are told that oral sex is not sex, by the president of the united states, and then this kid gets in trouble for it,.....was it not the democrats who said it is just about sex, no big deal,.....
