Alright! So my male friend had a calious on his toe that was bigger than his toe.In fact it was so big that he had to cut a hole in his shoe to go anywhere. He went to the doctor and the doctor refused to help him and left his job.He went home, grabbed a large knife and chopped his toe off. Then he stuck it in the garbage can.His wife came in the room, screamed, and called the ambulance. When the ambulance came a paramedic pulled his toe out of the garbage can and said "do you want this"?My friend said "No,thats not my toe" even though there was a trail of blood leading from him to the garbage can.He just got released from the physco ward yesterday after spending five years there.Do you think he should have spent so much time there?

Between 40-50% of actuve duty millitary believe the Govt had a hand in the 9/11 attacks. Many soldiers ive talked to are hesitant to discuss the reasons but they believe it to be true. More and more every day are waking up to the fact that they are being exploited by big corporations and Govt and are on teh brink of mutany. So my question is to all Americans will you stand with us if such an attack is initiated to get the to bottom of the conspiricy?

I was driving down a relatively country road today, but it is narrow and there are residences among small fields of mostly cotton crops. A sheriff deputy came up behind me with lights and siren activated, so I pulled over onto what little shoulder I had to get out of the way on. When he passed me, he was really moving fast.

I understood it to be a rule in this area that a police officer with lights and siren activated could only travel a maximum of 10 mph over the posted speed limit, which on this stretch is 40 mph. Judging from my experience with being out of the car on the freeway changing a tire with cars going past me at 75 - 80 mph, that's about how fast I judged this guy to be going.

Is there a maximum speed they can travel, and if so, is there a penalty if they get caught exceeding it? I mean, whatever he was headed to was not a big enough emergency to either get himself or me killed on the way, was it?

I realize there is the issue in this country. I hear people talking about themselves and people they love being unable to get a job, or having to lower rates to compete with undocumented. There are people concerned with the education that their children are receiving in our public schools. I have heard concerns about taxes, and, what our taxes pay for. A lot of these things have made me really think about this issue. What I don't understand is the posts as of late that are "hoping" to harm or kill these people. Entire families- or, drivers entering the country (who personally have nothing to do with the new law, and they themselves aren't undocumented). I sympathize and understand the strain that we are going through, but, I am REALLY concerned when I hear people threatening, or, hoping, or "praying" that someone dies.....

Doesn't hate eat up too much of your time and your soul?

Wouldn't it be better to address the law- not some family?

Personally, I think we learned that in an epic war, you have to play hardball. Because when you do, you get results that you could never get trying to constantly talk without any threat of action, or meaningful action. It seems like we forgot those lessons though.

If you could create a website just for Military wives who work at home (especially if you have kids), what would you want on it? Like a forum? Resources page? Reviews of business products so you know what's a scam and what isn't? Encouragement for when you're husband's deployed? What would make you willing to be part of that?

What would make it worth paying for it? Free books/audios/videos?

Would you pay $10 per month? $20? More?

Congress should pass a law giving all illegals in this country 3 months to turn themselves in to a police department of their chosing. They will be arrested and they must plead guilty. In exchange they will be given 2 years probation and must carry a national ID card from now on (one which cannot be forged) They can then stay in this country as long as they have a job and have no prior or new convictions. This is not amnesty since they would be found guilty and they would serve their sentence (probation).

THE Pentagon has drawn up plans for massive airstrikes against 1,200 targets in Iran, designed to annihilate the Iranians’ military capability in three days, according to a national security expert.

We've heard news like this before....nothing ever happens. no one would ever disclose any classified info to any media anyways, why would this be posted? is this any way close to reality?

From http://truepolitics.us -

An AP story quotes Elizabeth Edwards, the wife of Sen. John Edwards, as saying the following, “I don't know where it [Republican hatred of Hillary Clinton] comes from. I don't begin to understand it. But you can't pretend it doesn't exist, and it will energize the Republican base. Their nominee won't energize them, Bush won't, but Hillary as the nominee will. It's hard for John to talk about, but it's the reality.”

Everything that Mrs. Edwards says in that quote is true. Everything. Including the part about it being something hard for Sen. Edwards to talk about. That’s the theme of the Edwards campaign. When there is something that requires backbone to say, let Elizabeth say it instead of John.
