well is it legal or ilegal for a a minor(under 18) to take pictures of there self naked and send it to another indiviual.
i know its illegal to have it on a site but is it okay for an indiviaul

Yes it is illegal. It is considered at the minimum indecent exposure, if the person you send it to reports it. Also, there are child pornography laws, and I am not sure if a minor making pornography counts.
An interesting fact though... If your girlfriend or boyfriend snaps a nude photo of themselves, and gives it to you while you are under age, the day you turn 18, you could be arrested for child pornography.!@

the act of a transmittance of a picture is a federal offense. The age or circumstances are irrelevant.

Yes it is indeed. It is also illegal for the individual to accept the picture.

ironically yes, it is illegal. if, say, a 17yr old takes a nude photo of themselves, they are then in possession of child pornography.
