Say you're at a bar and you end up getting trashed. Too trashed to drive and your friend assures you that he/she is OK to drive you and your car back to your place. They end up getting pulled over by the cops, while you're still in the car. They get convicted of a DUI, even through you thought they were OK to drive (in your state of judgment), plus the fact that it's your car. What would happen? Would your car get impounded? Would it go on your record, or would your insurance company get notified of it? I'm just curious what would happen in that scenario.

I am scared, as much as I would want Obama or Hillary to win I dont think the U.S. will vote for them. I believe their are more ignorant voters than people who can look past color or gender. I believe any idiot who acts like a cowboy and talks tough has a better chance to become President. I really dont think we need another Republican in office! What do you think?

About 5 years back, one advocate represented the society and was paid 15k. This society filed a case against the President thro gen sec according to bye law to sue n be sued by gen sec. Now the very same advocate is representing the President in individual capacity. Can I file for code of misconduct against the advocate or can I raise objection that the advocate knows more about the society bcos of having represented the society and hence cannot reprsent the President?? Needless to say Yahoo Answers service ppl are putting much more sense in us. Pls advice me once again as to under what section can I raise the objection or how strong is it for misconduct by the advocate?

I've answered and posted Q&A in relation to illegal aliens and border crossings criminals my question now is "is there a politician wise enough to create REFUGEE CAMPS?" if the situation is SOOOOOO bad in one's home country why don't we just create you a refugee camp like those we fund elsewhere? I know they're not fun and no safer than the woerst ghetto a citizen must endure ... but surely it must be better than whence they/you come/came ..... surely you won't have to kill children or be enslaved to a diamond trade or be forced to attest a faith to which you don't believe... And when we do, we need to prosecute the commanders of the troops fully for their criminal acts against the Iraqi people and punish the soldiers who committed all those atrocities. We'll need thousands of prison cells. Maybe we can use Gitmo to house all of those criminals in uniform.
