no, he hasn't. iran rejected the proposal that russia provide the fuel for nuclear power plants. they want to make their own uranium, so they can create weapons-grade material.

Iran has to get nukes to protect itself from Israel and the USA who already have nukes. That is the problem with nukes, once one nation gets em, your own nation better get them as well.
I predict in next 100 years, there will be many many many nations with nukes and maybe peace will result from it. Nothing like fear of a Mushroom cloud to prevent war.

Iran will produce atomic bombs regardless of what Bush has to say. The only solution to the Iran problem is to strike their nuclear sites with huge 10,000 pound blockbusters and put them out of commission.
