In Georgia, after one person files for the divorce, pays the money and signs the papers...how long after that does it take to be finalized? I know it depends on the circumstances but lets say it's non-contested. Once the other party is served the paperwork what happens then....say they refuse to sign them but does not get a lawyer nor do they contest it...just holds them and doesn't sign them. Will this go on forever or what will happen? Thanks.

I would not be surprised by this. The families are good friends, especially Bill and George H. W. Bush. And, especially with the notion of the Bush Dynasty and Clinton Dynasty.

Do you feel this is taking place?

EXCERPT FROM ARTICLE:
"I think you're making a big mistake when you distance yourself from your faith," Mickelson observed. (This happens about 10 minutes, 30 seconds into the 20-minute long video.)

"I'm not distancing myself from my faith," Romney forcefully responded. "I'm proud of my faith. There's nothing I distance myself from."

What followed was a discussion where Romney outlined the differences between Mormon dictates and civil law and Mickelson argued that the candidate was hurting himself with conservative voters by trying to "hermetically seal" his private, church-driven beliefs and public views. ...

Again asking Romney to come back to show, Mickelson offered, "I hope we can do this so we can expend some quality time on here rather than the sound bytes."

"No, I don't like coming on the air and having you go after me and my church," Romney testily responded.

They don't want to pay taxes, but they say they want a strong military, safe roads and BRIDGES, crime control, and homeland security. Those things cost money. I guess they think the solution is to "borrow and spend"

as an Englishman who is currently in the USA i business i feel i must ask this.
The Americans i deal with are always so uptight and boring. One of my favourite ways of unwinding is to get bladdered on Strongbow, have a fight with a random stranger, eat a kebab whilst fondling a ladies breasts and to round the night off i like to wear a traffic cone on my head.
Now that what i call fun!
Most Americans would rather go to bed early.

Saw all the liberial talking heads yesterday on the news shows. Last month the party line was "We're not winning the fight. This is a civil war and we can't defeat the enemy." Yesterday the line was, "Even if Petrais reports to Congress in September that we're winning the fight, and all indications say we are, unless Iraq meets the political goals, we're wasting our money , troops, and time." My question is, now that the liberials have changed the goals for success in Iraq, is the surge working?
