The criminal act was committed in Pakistan, so it would be their authorities that would be responsible for the prosecution for the crime. If they know who he is, he will have to be caught in Australia and be extradited back to Pakistan to be tried under their laws.

The main thing you need to do is get the right people identified. Whether that be through fliers in the area the person lives or where the shootings happened.

Do you have anything like America's Most Wanted on television. If so, direct the information to the media. No group of people can do the work that televising this incident would do.

Use whatever methods that are available to you that has the most audience that can be made aware of this.

My heart goes out for you and your family.

Violence begets violence, and hunting criminals is the job of the police not civilians. You cannot not advocate violence on an open web site, it is illegal. We live in times where the criminals have all the rights and their victims are persecuted by the very authorities that are supposed to protect the innocent. From an individual standpoint you are allowed to do whatever you are capable of so long as you are willing to pay the price for your actions.

It is not illegal however to take a vacation to Australia, I here it is a beautiful place to visit, the people are warm and friendly and you never know, if you go fishing, you might catch some trophies worth hanging on your wall.

2 days to verify the terminology became incredible. Gotta love that police jargon: "persons of activity" "relatives disturbance" and so on. Why not call it what that's?! "Mr. McNair did not barter the bullets that have been aimed in his prevalent location by means of the alleged perp."
