i was wondering has this broken a law or summin and can i get him arrested?

i am sorry if this cause you abuse i just needed to know bout the law...

No -- it's not a criminal offense to provide false information (even insults) in a private guest book.

I donot think the person who wrote this has broken any laws,and you donot have to arrest him for this, since no harm is done so no law was broken. Anybody could write this kind of wordings or much worst, and you can't catch them on site so the best solution is, try to hire a security guard in order to watch every person signing in the log book.

Being as that your guest book is open to the public, no you can't. He didn't do anything wrong, legally. Just delete his comment and try to block him, and move on. This looks like a "bot" anyhow, just a program that prowls for people to spam. Block anything coming from *@mynob.*

no, Because first of all you don't know who it is exactly, and second it is not life threatening or says anything harmful.
