At almost every other point in history it was necessary to have to fight for our lives, whether it be to protect ourselves from criminals, or to fight others in wars.

All that money and time and Starr still couldn't find anything of substance. What do you think Fitzpatrick could have found if he had pursued the outing of Valerie Plame with the same zealousness as Starr did with his investigation of Clinton? Theoretically speaking, of course.

I sold a couch on craigslists and the person who bought said she would come get it with a truck soon. We had to move (to a 2nd floor apt) due to some problems with the old house, I notified her immediately by email and told her I moved it to my new house and to come get it asap. One month later (2 months total since the purchase) she calls me and wants the couch. I'm busy and could not deal with the situation immediately so she emails me a few times and calls a few times and a day later threatens to report the "theft" to the police and ruin my business by telling all of my clients that I defrauded her. What do I do?

“The most detestable wickedness, the most horrid cruelties, and the greatest miseries that have afflicted the human race have had their origin in this thing called revelation, or revealed religion. It has been the most destructive to the peace of man since man began to exist. Among the most detestable villains in history, you could not find one worse than Moses, who gave an order to butcher the boys, to massacre the mothers and then rape the daughters. One of the most horrible atrocities found in the literature of any nation. I would not dishonor my Creator's name by attaching it to this filthy book.”

I want to change my daughters last name to my bf's. I just asked this question but I dont think some people understood my question
I have a 6 year old daughter that my bf have been raising since she was 6 months (her father my ex did not want her after she was born and left us) I want her legal name to be his last name (we have 2 other kids) we are eventually going to get married, but not right now

. Anyway what is the way to go about getting her name changed to his ( I had to add detail since one Incompetent idiot assumed that I am jumping from one relationship to another) that is not the case.

Do I have to have a lawyer or can I do this myself.
Thanks

I think Barrack Obama has the skills it takes to be a good leader, but I've heard people say they won't vote for him because he is black. Do you think Obama has an equal chance to run for president because he is black? I' have heard the same about hilary because she is a woman. I think our country needs change. Why do people think only white men can run the country, when black people and women can do just as much work? I think a good presidental ticket would be Jonathan Edwards with Obama as vice president. Do you think the USA is ready to see a change in the white house?

So, i was absent yesterday when they announced class presidents would be running by friday and elections tuesday for next year (freshman yr). so i told this kid that i might run, and he said "nobody would vote for you, you aren't popular enough". i burst out in tears when i got home. this really hurt my feelings. i'm friends with literally everyone in our class and thought i had a chance until this comment. should i run? or would it be too humiliating?

With ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the military is stretched pretty thin. Conflicts could be on the horizon with North Korea and Iran. Cold war talk from Russia and the Middle East is ready to explode, if it hasn't already. Some European countries have a two military service requirement after high school, but because of liberals and the ACLU, that won't happen here. Is a draft the only way to strengthen the miltary?

It happened in Pasadena Community College in California. I stopped in a handicapped drop-off zone to let someone into my car. I didn't park, didn't shut down the engine. Just stopped to let one person in and a campus police cadet gave me a $300 ticket. What happens if I just ignore it?

It's a complete falsehood. Even Snopes.com addressed it and debunked it.

Clinton was never a draft dodger so he never needed a pardon. Clinton used patronage to get favorable treatment and deferments, just like Bush did, but he eventually agreed to enter the draft and never avoided entry into service after entering the draft lottery.

Bottom line, Clinton had valid deferments at all times and was never in violation of the draft law.

Cons will hold onto any delusion I suppose, no matter how irrefutable the truth and no matter how many times it's put in their faces.

Why is it that white people always try to turn racism around on the minorities?

As soon as a black person tells them about their rude behovior a white person brings up Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson like they represent the black community.

Would it be fair to bring up Bush and his evil-doings. Probably not since most white people don't associate with their culture and flock to people of color to escape being seen as racists.

Name the filthy unpatriotic, unAmerican, cowardly liberal who said.....

"As Mankind becomes more liberal, they will be more apt to allow that all those who conduct themselves as worthy members of the community are equally entitled to the protections of civil government. I hope ever to see America among the foremost nations of justice and liberality."
