You asked about the environment. I voted for you and others in a position better than I to do something better for the environment, the economy, healthcare, and the educational system. Why are you wasting my time by asking me stupid questions? You guys should be working on solving the problems we're facing and solving them. Please prove that you are worth my vote.

During the 1900's more than 400 innocent people were sentenced to death in the United States.

23 people were proven innocent after they had already been executed

It is an obvious conclusion that supporting the death penalty, after knowing the data, is to support the state sponsored murder of innocent people in order to execute the guilty.

Conservatives....It is acceptable to you to murder innocent people in order to execute the guilty?

That's the reality of it

If you do not favor murdering innocent people in order to execute the guilty....how do you justify your support of the death penalty?

Or could you explain why you think murdering innocent people in order to execute the guilty is acceptable

“After 20 years on the high court, I have to acknowledge that serious questions are being raised about whether the death penalty is being fairly administered in this country."
Sandra Day O'Connor,
Former U.S. Supreme Court Justice

It has come to light that President Bush instructed the CIA to conduct covert operations inside IRAN to destablize the country.

On the plus side, high-level talks with IRAN have finally begun after 27 years of silence. However, recall that the Japanese embassador was engaged in such talks when Pearl Harbor was attacked. Sometimes diplomacy is intended to be a distraction. Your thoughts?

'right to choose', 'reproductive rights', 'terminate the pregnancy', 'get rid of it', 'abort the fetus'

Just call it what it is-- MURDER.

I hate the way libs try to justify such a barbaric, primitive, disgusting, immoral act. They call the child a 'fetus' to dehumanize them.

You guys truly disgust me.

Seriously.

I am suing a former roommate for leaving 6 months early on a 1yr lease, plus damages and harassment. I fell I hav e a 99% chance to win being that I have all of my bills, lease, signed agreements, police reports, etc. He even declined to come to court mediation before I filed for this case. I am pretty sure that I will win considering I have a lot to support my case. Has anyone here ever won in small claims? After a judgement happens how do I go about collecting the judgement? (the case in being heard in Brooklyn, NY) Someone told me u have to go back to court after u get the judgement and file a new judgement to appoint someone to collect for me. Someone else told me all you need to do is tell the bank where they work and the bank the use so they can start garnishing their wages? Can anyone tell me for sure what the next steps are after you win a judgement? How do u ensure collection? How soon will I start recieving payment? The case is being heard at the end of this month. Thanks!

What i mean by that is why dont each individual citizen of the US have the right to vote on whether the nation should go to war or not? Not leaving it to only a few member of the congress decide on what our nation is heading toward. I believe that each individual should have the right to vote on these matter.

As an american citizen, I have no right to vote at all for these matter. Leaving it to only few hundred people in the congress deciding for a few hundred million of US citizen.

To be honest, i have no idea why our nation went to war in Iraq? Our troop is dying, our national fund is as low as it can be. But for what? Peace keeping? All i see is war. There is no peace.

I am speaking in reference to the recent news story where a 17-yr-old boy is being prosecuted and facing jail time for having consensual sexual relations with a 15-yr-old girl at a party.

We teach kids about safe sex. We provide them with condoms. We were all teenagers once and know very well that sex is a big part of teenage life, whether active or in thought.

Yet some of our sex laws punish the innocent, such as the boy in this case. Yet we completely ignored the fact that a video of this incident was shown to a group of grown adults (the jury). Personally, I do not need to watch child porn to be able to tell you how I would vote in this case. NOT GUILTY!

Am I making sense here? Are our laws screwed up to the point where the innocent may be targeted and victimized?
