Thank you Jimmy Carter for putting sanctions on the U S S R and causing them such economic hardships that the country fell, and Thank You Jimmy Carter for sending covert funds to Afganistan to fight the Russian insurgency which caused many casualtys on their side causing the populace of U S S R to revolt and bring an end to the U S S R.
His sanction plan was such a sucess, Ronald reagan adopted it, of course we all know who took the credit
