No President is above the law, this would include President Bush. Pay attention to what is going on. The Supreme Court has on a number of occasions told the administration that certain things they are doing violate the Constitution and must be stopped. This would include the wiretapping without a warrant and military tribunals at Guantanamo (the tribunal issue has been solved through Congressional action). To the best of my knowledge, there is no evidence to prove that President Bush has violated any laws or his oath of office. If you have proof otherwise, please give a link to show your proof.

its odd. seems its the "redstaters" that have massed a huge campaign against the Kennedy McCain bush immigration bill and if I remember correctly it was those same "redstaters" that did the same with Bush's port deal. So my question is when will the Dem base stand up against all the misguided corrupt lies and misconceptions the Dem's perpetuate on a daily basis

I don't expect anything other than lies to spew from the mouth of George Walker Bush, he is a Sociopathic Liar and the Liar isn't even convincing anymore, he is like the kid saying the sky is falling and it is just lies pouring from his mouth. But what would you expect from a spoilt snot nosed Ivy League Punk who has never told the truth in his life as he has been a liar all his life and not even a convincing one any more. As well as Pappy Bush can't get him out of the screw up that he has done over the last six years, hopefully there will never be a Bush monkey elected as President again.

Mr. Bush has NOT acted "above the law" or he would not continue to be President. We all know you do not like this man but, until he does something illegal, He remains our president.

The Bus is still runnin'.
Yes. We do not like law breakers. Especially those that lie under oath. And even those that lie about sex.
You need to quit this blue state/red state stuff. I think you need to "restate" it. Maybe city vs. country? Coastal vs. Inland?

Remember the time when FDR rounded up all the Japanese after the attack on Pearl Harbor? I wonder if he was above the rule of law?

So in other words, he's the same as Clinton. Not sure I understand the point you're trying to make.
