Suppose SOME man 'w' gets upset by his 'SOME' GIRL FRIEND'S denial to continue their friendship or romance anymore & by her denial to marry him in future.
'w' becomes very angry, he gives her THREAT OF SUICIDE in case she leaves him.
She don't take it seriously; ignores that threat & leaves him.
But after few days 'w' really does suicide & leaves behind a suicide NOTE which says...
she (with name) is responsible for his death ;
she made him to end life by her betrayal & ignorance
so all people & court must punish her after him.

Will court of justice consider such SUICIDE NOTE written by 'w' with his REVENGEFUL MIND?

Prima facie the suicide note left by the 'w' goes against the girl but we have to see the whole circumstance of the case. As the circumstance of the case it seems that 'W' was a person who had one side love or attraction for this girl as the girl had denied to continue her friendship or romance with him any more & even denied to marry him, in such circumstances he had threatened this girl about his intention of suicide & blaming her for his such act for her betrayal & ignorance. No doubt such a suicide note was written with a revengeful mind, but the court in such case will not only be guided by such a suicide note for either finding the girl guilty or not guilty for the offence of abetment of his suicide only on this piece of evidence itself. If one see the over all circumstance of the case this girl has not taken any steps towards his committing such an act, as she nether had same intention or knowledge of his such act, nor she was present at the place where such an act committed by him, nor she instigated/assisted/guided him by any manner in committing such an act. In absence of both her intentions of this act of suicide by 'W' & her instigation for his committing such an act she cannot be found guilty of the offence of abetment of suicide under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

You are not responsible for someone else's chooses. He should not threaten in order to keep you in a relationship you do not want. If you think he is suicidal tell an adult or his friends.

Hey Calm down Pratiba! Nothing will happen. Even if the note reaches the hands of police, u will be legally supported & it would not affect u or ur career. Speak about this with ur parents & u r always safe & protected. Don;t hide things like this from them.
