Is it true that in a wrongful death lawsuit that the parent can only recover up to 250,000.00?

I may be just getting the case of the stupid, but I can not figure out what exactly this statement means.. please just use normal words to get me the correct answer.. I have had a long day and I am reading with one eye asleep
the statement is as fallows

18 years of age or older before applying for a license and must not have a conviction for:
A. A crime that has a direct bearing on the individual's ability to practice competently
B. A crime that has the propensity to endangers the public

if my income is us$26,000 for last 3years ,is it sufficient to sponsor one immigrant?
if it is not sufficient my joint income with my spouse is $39,000
does she have to sign I-864A form.I filed IRS as joint income. I had one depandant last year.This current year 2007,she is no longer my dependant.

shouldnt there be a I.Q. requirement to become the President? Some sort of series of tests that one has to go through because it is the most demanding job in the country! If you have to take tests to become a 911 dispatcher than there must be tests to become president. Just makes sense ya know?

First It was a very peaceful sovereign nation that was minding it's own business. Now since the occupation they have not had a moments peace. It has turned into a breeding ground for terrorist. Nobody feels safe, people are fleeing the country by the thousands...scared for their lives. Suicide bombings are at an all time high. Now the leaders of Iraq are on their hands and knees begging the U.S. to please withdraw.

My question is...Do you think the invasion of Iraq is the cause of all this violence and bloodshed?

Also...Do you think if all troops were to pull out that it would be a logical experiment in the right direction to see if there is any change or decrease in the violence?

Im doin my research paper on the death penalty. My thesis statement is: The death penalty should be banned beause it violates human rights, it sometimes cause innocent people to be killed, and it sends the wrong message. Have a employer who does not let employees, go to church on sundays. That's discrimination against religion. Also intimidation and put downs also take a roll in it. If the boss is confronted, he uses his position and power to control. Just like a batterer controlling his spouse with different ways of demeaning and threats (fear of loosing job).

When he gets back he is being relocated out of state and wants me to go. But in a about 6 months to a year HE wants to relocate again. My question is if I move with him, and we end up breaking the lease, will I be held liable and have to pay a fine? Or because I am living with him in a relationship they will overlook it?

I believe the government is headed in the wrong direction. Bush doesn't believe in Global Warming and so he won't do anything about it. Do you believe he needs to be impeeched or step down ASAP? With the hearings of the Attorney General Today, I think Bush, Cheney, and Him all need to be impeeched or resign now, even the Republicans agree the Attorney General needs to be fired. The Attorney General said he doesn't remember a lot of the facts, that's because he couldn't come up with a lie fast enough. Please way in with your thoughts and no NEGGITIVE comments.

Most working poor I know (under $10 a hr) work about 70 hrs a week. The middle class and rich dont even put in 40.

If you think poor people are lazy, would you be where you are without your inheritance, family to pay your living expenses wile you went to school? Did you even pay your own tuition? Were you in the Military? Friggin' hypocrits.
