I really can't believe, I'm sick to my stomach that people are actually sticking up for this practice!
this is not a woman's 'right' issue, this is a cruelty, compassion, human rights issue-- the sactity of a human being in utero which is sentient, aware, and has the full capability of experiencing pain.
come on people, this is a baby.

If you stick up for the practice,
you should be forced to witness one.

I am glad. I don't agree with that procedure unless that is the only way to prevent the mother from dying during a delivery.

I think if someone wanted an abortion, they should have done it when they found out they were pregnant. A baby can live outside the womb at 5.5 months and that means the body is no longer a part of the woman at that time.

i'm very overjoyed that the remarkable courtroom upheld the ban. i stumble on it disgusting that even the professional-determination approve of this merciless technique. I do understand the pov of prochoicers yet to preserve a technique the place the version between abortion & homicide is a trifling few inches is previous vile. I basically desire that this does set a precedent and that each and anybody abortions would be unlawful and made pointless by potential of making it greater easy to not have abortions(offering scientific care, financial guidance, etc.)

Coming from an actual pro-choice woman, YES. Just the name "Partial Birth" is as insidious as it sounds. It is soooo not right to abort what would be considered a fetus in one case and a premature infant in another. I mean you don't just lose an undeveloped fetus with some blood, the woman actually has to give birth to a dead infant. Bad, bad karma.

No I'm not I believe in Abortion. If a woman gets raped the After Pill is the there for her. Just imagine getting pregnant that way huh? Or you get pregnant & you used the rubber, she on the pill & then what. Have the kid you can't support & have your folks take care of it & give you money to buy pampers. Or what about the welfare mothers who have 6 kids w/ 4 different guys. Should we support them. Nobody tells me what to do w/ my body. If I got pregnant I'd have the abortion and spare me about I'm killing a human life. It's not your decision to make.

No, yet it is bold of a man to be saying this. I'm not sure if that is good or bad, but it sure is bold, I'll commend you for that.

It would be truly sad if more rights are stripped away from Americans. How would you feel if it was the polar opposite, and every woman was forced to have an abortion? Or what if they took away your right to bear arms? Or what if they took away your freedom of religion and forced every citizen to become a Sunni Muslim? Or what if they forced every person to bow down to Hilary Clinton? Or what if they forced you to donate 67% of all your earnings to charity, than take 32% of all your money in taxes to pay for free abortions? What if they forced you to only listen to a kind of music you despised? Or if they made it illegal for you to wear pants?

I'm guessing you think all that was nonsense and is completely irrelevant. Well, that is how I feel about bannign abortions. And who is to say which one of us is right or wrong?
