Printing a name on a paper is legal when what was posted was right because the media cannot be prohibited from doing it. However, if the exposure was not true, it is libel and a case could be filed against the writer and the publisher under the Penal Law.

It is not illegal to print her name but you could get them to make a retraction or something if you call them.
