10 yrs ago I had an abortion. Upon being laid on the table and strapped down, I changed my mind, I said I did not want to do this, I said this 3 times to the physician and the attendents. I had chosen to be sedated so I would not remember it. I started to fight them as they would not let me off the table, they did inject something but it did not put me under, and even with my protests they preformed the painful abortion anyway. I have talked about my abortion, but I have never shared that I said no and changed my mind, and they did it anyway till now. Was that illegal? Its seems so? Is there anything I can do about this......I mean.....what if some other women have had this experience? They are like me, afraid to say this because it seems outrageous and unbeleivable. Please respect the fact that I do not want to be lamblasted for my wrong decision to have one. I am only looking for true advice.

My husband was given a psych test in Germany after he left Iraq a few weeks ago. He had suffered a broken rib in Iraq and they sent him home to heal. He would have had at least 6 months left, but they are NOT sending him back because mainly, he failed the psych test. But what exactly does that mean? Of course, I could not be happier because I don't ever have to let him go again. He said they tested his short term memory and such. Anyway, if you've got any clue, thanks for answering and please no mean or disrespectful comments.

I love America, (I gotta admit, I am kinda biased), but I will never understand why the American people are, almost, afraid to vote outside of a preconcieved box. The Democratic and Republican party both bring people to the presidential election that will serve as a representation of their party, not the representative of the everyday American.

I may offend people when I say this, but DO NOT VOTE FOR THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS! Vote for someone you want to win, period. Vote for someone who you think would be best for the job, vote for someone who you think would be a great leader, vote for someone who you think will be a correct representation of the everyman in office, not a correct representation of the top 10% in office. Sadly, until my fellow American's can vote without having a biased for soley either Red or Blue, this country will continue to, MAINLY, elect corrupt. (I will not deny the exsistence of some highly qualified individuals from both political parties)

If this happens, the UK will surely cease to be our ally and may get enemy status. What punishment should the USA impose if they take such an action to embolden the terrorists?

What happens if bullets costs $5,000 each, handguns are $10,000 each & only the police/federal government were able to use them. How would society be like? I know people would start using knives and other ways of weapons.

The USA has a serious image problem around the world, but we remain a decent, hard-working people. I would like us to have a president who can finesse foreign relations instead of alienating allies and making new enemies.

What's your opinion?
