It depends on what you mean by win. Thousands of deaths means you are losing, in my opinion, no matter which side you are on. As long as coalition forces insist on staying in Iraq and Afghanistan to secure THEIR oil, gold and opium the dying will continue. I don't want anybody to die anymore, and no offense, but military personnel signed up to do this. Civilians are a different story; the only thing they signed up for was to live their lives without fear and harm. So much for that. So I do agree with you but I think it should be "Wake up Coalition Forces!!!!" The entire world does not revolve around the United States and what this "president" wants~
Don't vote- REVOLT!!! Put down the iPods and Wii controllers and pick up a picket-sign. There are more juveniles today than ever before so please do something to help stop this~

Cowardice, No it is Bush who is making us loose the war. Just like you said we have our boys and girls out there walking around with a big target painted on their back and they can't really fight. We won the war in Iraq, six days into it because our troops were allowed to do what they were trained to do. Then Bush claimed "mission accomplished" and since then because of his ego and stubborness he is letting our boys and girls die one at a time.
It has been high time we bring our kids home, and if we really want to win we have to change the Commander and Chief.

I was under the impression America was there fighting against Saddam's regime! That regime is gone and so is Saddam. So what war exactly is there to be won in Iraq? Under what pretext?
Oh, and when a country is occupied by an alien army, the attacks are not called terrorism, they are called resistance. Or civil war.

I am a Republican and I support Pres. Bush, and I have supported the war from day one, but I am beginning to think it might be time to pull out. We're trying to fight an enemy we can't see, and it's beginning to catch up with us. We don't know where the car bombs are coming from, so we can't stop them from coming. And we're fighting an army that doesn't wear a uniform - we can't distinguish the enemy from the friendlies. Terrorism is real and it needs to be dealt with, but I think it's time to pull back, regroup, and rethink how we're going to deal with it. Don't quit - just find a better way to fight it.

This is something we never should have gotten involved in to begin with. It's not cowardice to take an honest look at the situation and act accordingly

Its not that I hate America, but as I observe.Up to the present,American forces has been using this "smart war" tactics. In which they bomb, napalm, airstrike, and tomahawk the whole place like crazy( not to mention innocents claimed) before sending in their infantry and troops.Isn't that somewhat a "cowards "style of warfare. And I jus think America can't totally win that war. Why? thats not their war in the first place. And this suicadal bombs are hard to stop. Its hard to fan out the flames of uncondtional warfare.I mean you cant catch a suicide bomber coz his body,is inot pieces once that bomb blows up.And they hide among the civilians.I just think this would be another Vietnam War.Nobody wins but everybody losses.

Cowardice? Now, what do those soldiers coming home in coffins really gain? Just our American flags draped over their coffins and a few gun salutes? Sadly, they can't even thank our government personally for that!

It's not cowardice to really run from something you can't win. Cowardice might not win a war but neither will stupidity. Wake up idiot!!!

To the fool who said "Terrorism is real and it needs to be dealt with"
How could a whole country like Iraq be a terrorist? They are the enemy not terrorists.
Look up "terrorist" in the dictionary.
