My stepsister od'd on recreational drugs a few years back, and it was ruled an accident. I don't question that ruling, because she had a history of drug use, but are testimonies from friends or families taken into consideration, regarding the person's mental state or lifestyle?

Like in the Anna Nicole Smith case, how would they come up with it being an accidental death, rather than a suicide? Or how do they determine no one else could have either enticed her to take the drugs, or physically given them to her without her knowledge?

I know, the second part of that, it being a homicide, is pushing it. Suicide or accident, though?

was NOT a "religous" question, it was merely a question of logic...by the way a woman's body that contains an innocent beating heart (that in most cases you "chose" to have intercourse) does NOT relay to a "woman's body"...who the hell cares anymore though? Everyone believes what they believe and I won't waste my time trying to convince anybody otherwise...

I know what my beliefs are on the topic of gay marriage. I would like to know what you think about it.

If you are for it, say so and explain the reasoning.

If you are against, say so and explain the reasoning.

Are your reasons for either way based on morals, ethics, religion, politics, etc.? Please explain as much as possible. If you are neutral but understand reasons for both sides of the argument, feel free to answer as well.

I'm working on a paper for one of my classes and want to get current "data" if you will. Please, understand when you are answering and reading other people's responses that all are entitled to their beliefs and please respect that. Name calling and ridiculing someone else's response because they don't agree with your own is silly and immature.

If your just chilling at the block with some people. not doing any drugs, or anything illegal. can the walk up to you and check you? like ask you for your name and stuff??

this not only goes for the cops but also the GTF (gang task force) and etc. can they do that? and what if you dont give them informantion and walk away.

As it stands now, it looks like Hillary or Obama will run for the Dems in '08. So, I gotta ask. Do you really believe this country will elect a woman or black man to be president?

Now, don't get me wrong. I would vote for either of them if they subscribed to my political beliefs, but can anyone look at all those red states in the middle of the country and seriously believe that the Dems have a chance in '08 unless Edwards wins the prinary?

If someone is on an Army base in Iraq, what are the options for satellite internet there? He's allowed to have a large dish. Would that help? He wants the fastest he can get, but I'd like to know all the options so I know how much it will cost. I've heard it's very expense. Is it hard to set up, like to point the dish at the satellite? He doesn't need TV, just internet. Obviously an ISP that will do business in English by email instead of by phone is a must.
