I just watched CNN with Wolf Blizer (at 7:00 pm ET). Wolf (host) asked Dr. Helen Morrison, a self-claimed forensic psychiatrist, “Could school bullying turn Cho into such a mass killer?”

“No. Absolute not! School bullying cannot turn Cho into a mass killer.”
Wow! That is indeed a new analysis. I was really amazed by her assertiveness when she was saying it. So, school bullies, you can all go on with your bullying. American Dr. Helen Morrison just gave you a certification/ green light to keep bullying the week.

I am a U.S. citizen and a resident of the state of CA. I am considering taking a job working for someone (who himself is apparently working as a subcontractor for someone else or an organization) where the work involves getting valid signatures to support putting an initiative on the state ballot.

This person was telling me that it's perfectly legal with respect to federal, state, county, city laws (including any regulations, statutes, codes, etc.), at least in California, to be anywhere to solicit or petition for signatures (including door-to-door canvassing, but also to setup a table outside any shopping center or strip mall or supermarket or retail store without the legal necessity for first getting permission from property owner or store manager)? Is this true?

If a poll has been steadily trending in the same direction...for let's say - over a year and seems to relect a solid consensus of the American people - do you still maintain that a poll doesn't matter? I've seen a LOT of Republicans posting that Bush is correct to ignore all polls. So, I guess my big question is this. Are you saying that what the majority of citizens think is not important? Are you saying what IS important is what the Gov't thinks is correct? Doesn't this smell like socialism/communism?

No, it doesn't. The point of liberalism is less government - and more freedom to personal rights. That's the crutch of liberalism. That's its heart.

It was developed by the French - during and after an extraordinary period called the 'Terror' (sic) and was a reaction against the government, against Conservative/Monarchy values. The Civil War was an extension of these ethics.

You want a gun in your house? You want companies to have free reign? You want the state to not involve? You want corporations to take control? You don't want benefit? That's *liberalism*!

So do you still think liberalism is pro-government?
