my son had an accident where he bumped into a parked car. I thought his father had insurance on him. But his stepmother had canceled it. Now we have to go to court . he was given a ticket for improper backing. The car is in my name I had insurance but not on him an my insurance will not cover it.He is 17an will be18 in May. What should I do?

I work in Tempe Arizona at Lowe's Improvement Warehouse. I called off today due to my grandfather passing away. I've had a few call offs and even no call no shows. They said that in order for me to come back to work I need a note or copy of the death certificate if I wanted to go back to work. They called me the day of my grandfather's death...and a month prior a fellow employee's grandfather died and they never questioned her or demanded a note. Is this legal??? any sites that provide info on this?? help please!! i'm flustered and heart broken

More and more I am hearing of offended Muslims demanding their rights. Muslims sueing the government, schools, United Airlines, and even airplane customers who suppect Muslims of suspicious activity (back in November 06) are being sued. Recently I heard of a colege in the USA (can't remember which city) that is demanding the school give them a place to worship Allah practice Islam ON THE COLLEGE with ceremonial washing facilities. However Christians are compromising their beliefs and not standing up and fighting for our rights. When are we gonna say "it is enough" and fight to allow Christian Prayer in schools? When are Christians gonna stop compromising with the government and fight for our rights? We need to wake up or we may all have our heads on the chopping block of Islam. Any body keeping up with what is going on in Great Britian? Islam is slowly taking over.

I live in south australia and am 13 years old. i want to get a job so i have enough moolah to go to New Zealand with my friends just after christmas time. I am prepared to work, but i dont want to work in a place like Mc Donalds or anything that dont close or close late at night - so i was thinking about a job at Tee Tree Plaza. I would like to know if there is a minimum age to working or does it depend on who is employing you? please reply soon!!!

Wasn't the same Sharpton reported as wanting to lead "an army of Hip Hop artist down to Cuba. The New York Daily News is reporting that Sharpton has been in talks with Interscope record executive Steve Stoute to explore ways that the Hip Hop industry and Castro's Cuba could hook up and take the first steps to ending the long standing embargo that exists between the US and Cuba. According to the reports Sharpton's position is there is no reason that African Americans can not break bread with Cuba..." .Wasn't he and Jesse Jackson fans of "gangster" rappers, like Tupac Shakur? Shakur was in and out of prisons for sexual abuse and yet Sharpton referred to him as "warm, sensitive and intelligent." Looks like Sharpton's counselling of Tupac didn't work. Tupac never got out of his thug life, and was shot dead by probably a competitive rapper of violent songs!!
