This happened in PA. They kept on hollering for me to blow harder witch created a very hostile and antagonistic environement. This went on for 4 minutes at witch point they ended the test and said I was not blowing hard enough for the breathalizer to register a reading and they were going to consider this a failure to comply and refusal to take the test. The penalty for refusal to take a breathalizer is an automatic 1 year suspension of your driver license.

I'm in my late 30's and in very good physical condition so I would assume that there is no obvious reason that I should not be able to blow hard enough into this device to register a reading. Does anyone know of a similar situation in which a person under suspicion of DUI did not register a reading and they were able to not lose their license?

I tried to call and call and text him no response. I even drove 2hrs to his house and found out he moved to another state, the parents gave me the number of where i could reach him. I have spken to him, told me id have some of the money when the unemployment check came. I also found out this person sold quite a few items to move up there, and even mentioned that the phone bill was due, and did not come pay up. the amount is about $650.00, can this hold up in court ? or what could i do cuz i dont have the money to pay that....

Now being British, I only get to hear about Bush's foreign policies which to be honest (and in my opinion) are the work of a crazy mental person... HOWEVER.......

Putting all foreign policy aside.... is he making any difference to the lives of ordinary Americans within America?

And WHY would the "Save A Patriot" be offering a $10,000.00 dollar reward for anyone who can provide such documentation? I mean think about it, if there REALLY was something concrete to show us, wouldn't that it would be just a little too easy? And why hasn't anyone provided such proof when asked for it? THERE IS NOTHING DOCUMENTED ANYWHERE, IN ANY BOOK OR LAWS DOCUMENTED THAT THERE IS SUCH A LAW!!!!!! Anybody seen the movie called "America - Freedom to Facism"? I highly recommend that EVERYBODY get ahold of it & watch it!!!

No one in this administration has ever said there is proof they were involved, but we had to send a message to those non-Americans and their fellow travelers. The President believes in a broad war on terror.

It's a well-known fact that Switzerland has not proven that it doesn't have weapons of mass destruction, and there is no way to know that al Qaeda hasn't deposited billions in Swiss banks and paying interest that is being used to kill Americans right now. Are YOU willing to take that chance?

Switzerland is right in the middle of highly unstable region that has been the site of major wars in the past 100 years. America has vital interests in Europe, and the people in Switzerland don't even speak English.

In fact, they don't even speak the SAME language as each other. That is a recipe for instability that we simply can't tolerate in a post 9/11 world.

This Imus thing has made me so very angry, I can't stop thinking about all the good he has done, and thanks to him many peoples lives are much better. Do you think Sharpton and Jesse will step up and keep doing his work and keep helping as many vets and kids with cancer as Imus has done?

We have no problem spending health tax dollars taking care of women on the system who have been artificially inseminated via invitro or sperm donation who are lesbians. Would it not make more sence to allow gay marriages so that lesbians desiring a family can support one another? Is it so hard of a concept to think that health dollars spent on this only fuels the need for more open minded government?
I dunno, what is your thought on this?
