Yes, he should. Those that talk about the Libby trial rarely bring this part of it up, and though the D.A. has certainly not forgotten it, it still remains floating around free. We know Wilson reported back the yellow cake story was bogus, we know Cheney was informed of it, and we also know that the CIA advised the White House not to use the intel as it could not be verified in the positive. But, there it was, in the 2003 SOTU Address big as life, being used as one of the main reasons given to the public and to Congress to go to war. The only question remaining is if Cheney told Bush. We'll never know the answer to that - you could waterboard Cheney and he'd refuse to answer. So, though it would be an impeachable offense I believe, we'll never get the chance to see it tested. Nixon would have greatly admired this Administration.

I don't think impeachment would be a good thing for our country, It would mean two in a row and with Nixon not that far behind we would loose even more in the standing with other countries showing them we don't know what we are doing. The cost of the trial and all would be incrediable and no doubt the trial would drag on after he would be out of office anyways. Also it is war time, a really bad time to out a leader and with elections comming up in 2008 it could reflect bad on the Democratic party. Better to just cut the losses and bide time.

Absolutely NOT! After all, the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA will win the NBA Championship before George W. Bush is impeached and since the Hawks are NOT going to win the NBA Championship during the Bush Presidency, I do not see Bush being impeached during his presidency.

No, because the CIA's incompetence is not grounds for impeachment, particularly when said incompetence is the result of deliberate acts of a former president (Carter, not Clinton).
You praised the one answer that doesn't even address your question, which was about impeachment, not about war.

Bush didn't need to "incite" the US to war. We were already onboard with getting Saddam long before 9/11.
Uranium documents are a moot point.
Boy, you people are hilarious!
