And WHY would the "Save A Patriot" be offering a $10,000.00 dollar reward for anyone who can provide such documentation? I mean think about it, if there REALLY was something concrete to show us, wouldn't that it would be just a little too easy? And why hasn't anyone provided such proof when asked for it? THERE IS NOTHING DOCUMENTED ANYWHERE, IN ANY BOOK OR LAWS DOCUMENTED THAT THERE IS SUCH A LAW!!!!!! Anybody seen the movie called "America - Freedom to Facism"? I highly recommend that EVERYBODY get ahold of it & watch it!!!

It's Title 26 of the US Code, which is authorized under the Sixteenth Amendment.

Send my check to Don Imus for his ranch. He'll do something good with it.

What you're asserting might desire to be technically actual yet legally and intensely almost irrleavant. There are legal precidents out the ying yang and in case you learn regulation you will understand that legal precedents now and lower back carry greater desirable rigidity than the regulation itself. Taxation of the standard public by skill of the legislature is the two legal and proper and constitutional. the reality that there is not any particular federal regulation that proscribes punishment is irrelavant, diverse than as an psychological interest. do now no longer take this to propose that the government is appearing illegally in requring you to pay taxes, it incredibly is in hassle-free words a loopy individual's argument.

Fakers keep coming along to sell their schemes to fools looking to beat taxes. Working people get sucked in with baloney like that, often dressed in Patriotic covering, rich people buy tax shelters from national accounting firms. The answer is the same, pay your taxes and you will own the money that you have left. don't pay your taxes, and sooner or later, the IRS and the state will take their proper taxes, plus penalties and interest.

Yes, I watched that movie six months ago and was equally appaled, but there nothing you or I can do about it. I've never even had to pay money come tax time, I've always gotten a refund, so how do I know if it's right or not? Better to petition the government to balance the budget and spend our money on building up our country rather than destroying other countries. Better to just bomb and bomb until they give up than send our troops in.

I don't like taxes as much as the next guy but this is ridiculous.
We can read the constitution and interpret bear arms to mean we can have guns.

But in the 16th Amendment that is almost 100 years old...when it expicitly says that Congress may collect income taxes...people seem to become illiterate....silly.

Gee, maybe the tooth fairy will pay for our military, roads, and any other public function that our taxes pay for. Coming to my house and hauling me off to jail for not paying is all the documentation I need.

Yes. It is Article XVI of the U.S. Constitution. It was proposed in 1909 and questionably ratified in 1913.
