I have asked this question before and get the response ..."Well it isn't the US job to secure Iraqi borders it's the Iraqis responsibility."
#1. We disbanded their existing system and as the occupiers it WAS/IS our responsibility!
#2. We are still there under the premise that we are training the Iraqi military and police forces so they can defend themselves .....So if they are so weak...that even more points to the fact that it was our sole responsibility to keep foreign militias from gaining access to the country!

Al Qaeda didn't DID NOT exist in Iraq until we let them in!

Does this seem pretty messed up to anyone else here?

I need suggestions for writing a proposal to a problem that is facing either the City of Atlanta, the state of Georgia, or the entire United States. My proposal will only be three pages long so please don't suggest anything like "hunger" or "homelessness." So far my only idea has been a proposal to help reduce Atlanta traffic but I'd like some other ideas.
Thanks!

Bush and the Americans had their Democratic elections in Iraq years ago. The Shia Islamic fundamentalist majority won in a landslide. Bush certified the election. So why didn't the USA leave?

Bush continues to involve America in the failing military conflict and the Shia Islamic fundamentalists must win that way too.

If they don't than demcoracy fails.

Obama may be Black but he isn't even well received in the African American Community. At the moment he's nothing more than the Democrats newly found patronage untensil for publicity, because the Democrats aren't even leadership soup without meat & vegetables--they're just water seasoned with a lot of salt, pepper & onions .

There's absolutely nothing to them but a ton of immoral gay rights that's tearing down the country and is eventually going to bring the Democratic party down like the fall of the Roman Empire. Unless he physically goes to Iraq and ends the war, Obama has about as much of a chance at becoming President as Donald Duck. The Democrats are having their day in the sun now, because they're heading for another John Kerry massacre when it comes election time.

When I think of black leaders I think of Papa Doc Idi Amin Muggabi and people such as this. I have never heard of a successful black president in history. The white countries that have had white leaders overthrown by black have all been disastrous so I ask you why would America even consider a black president. Maybe you can point to one that has succeeded I would like to know if there is one.
