Yes you can, a lot of Filipinoes join the American military. You can talk to a US Military recruiter or an official in at the American Embassy or Consulate. The American government has a new Fast Track to Citizenship if you join the American military. Just note that it is harder for a non US Citizen to join the Navy or Air Force as opposed to the Army or Marines. But if you join there is a good chance you will find your self in Iraq if the war is still going on time you get out of boot camp.

I'm sorry, you must either be a US citizen or a Green Card holder before you can enlist in the US Armed Forces.
There used to be a program where a very limited number of Filipinos were recruited into the US Navy. That program ended in 1991 when the last 30 enlisted.
You're out of luck.

You can go to the U.S. Army website, and find out more there, and get in touch with a recruiter for the Army. Yes, it is possible, and the recruiter will guide you through the process. Good luck, and god's speed.

It is bad that the US bases in the Philippines were already gone because most Filipinos were recruited thereat. Anyway, you can apply in the US if you want and have to pass the rigid mental and physical tests.

I doubt you can. In order to enroll in the US army you have to live in US...and also you have to be a green card holder at least...if not US citizen.
