Well, you know it's said that Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln (his father), Calvin Coolidge, Warren G Harding and Andrew Jackson were of black descent.
That work for you? Or were you looking outside of the states?

Hannibal? but anyway you are talking about other countries. I hope that if the US elects a Black man President he is an American. Your question is ignorant, it presumes that because the color of the skin is the same it makes a person a tyrant or mean. the individuals you named were the leaders of third world dirt pits, I wouldn't point to Whites from those toilets as presidential material for this country. Now do you really want to go down the list of fail non-black leaders Hitler, Mousilini, shal I go on can any one add names from all non dark cuntries, there are thousands.

Idi Ahmen was successful. He ate his enemies, so no one dared contradict him.
I think you're looking for success in a free nation. Most of the ones mentioned so far are in violent oppressive nations and were totalitarian tyrants.
Bottom line, we shouldn't make color or gender the main reason for voting for someone, but I guarantee a lot will vote that way because it's easier than dealing with issues.

Do not know of any successful black leaders world wide or here, but that doesnt mean there cant be. Personally I think Mr. Obama jumped into the race-no pun intended-way too soon. The Democrats are pushing him because he's black and it looks good for the party, but he lacks experience. For many years I've wished there would be a black president, then I could say-you've had your chance. Hope you dont do to the country what you've done to the majority of the inner cities you've ruined.

Nelson Mandela did a pretty good job. It hurts to even dignify this question with a response, but there it is. Mandela was a great leader in South Africa.

Oh! The old "the only ones I can think of" argument.
This proves only that you have not the slightest clue what you're talking about.
Says nothing about Black leaders.
Do you know of every Black leader of every country ever?
...
Didn't think so.
