It is called an overrated opinion of his own self importance. Him doing what he did is not a surprise to me. The Republican neo con cabal have done this time and time again since they got back in office in 2001. If this had been done by a Dem, the would have called down the wrath of God.

He didn't hire her, you buffoon. She was already working at the World Bank. Their rules say she couldn't work directly for him, so he helped her into another position. Why should she be penalized because a person she once dated got a new job?
