not if we get excited about the possibilities of war or have a sense of sick anticipation of will this or that country be invaded or to worry what the current badguys will do next and will that country be invaded. a sense did this happen or were people prodded into thinking it did and got so excited by the idea that they succumbed to it even though it did not happen or it did happen but much later . take the world trade center bombing and the talk of what would happen next a worse attack .talk of nuclear and biologocal weapons not computers used as weapons. weapons do not have to be explosives , nuclear, weapons, or small arms . we would learn something if computers were examined and dimissed if not valid as a weapon.you here that hackers can empty bank accounts well if they could wy have they not done it already.
