Of course they are bias....they have their political agendas, otherwise they (group) would not exist. If you, military, defend yourself from an armed attacker then you are a monster human rights violator according to their agenda, but if someone blows up a bomb and kills 50 innocent civilians then they are hero's of some cause and not human rights violators (especially if they are muslim..or haven't you noted that). These " Human Rights " people are full of IT, and any thinking logical person knows that.

its really a saddens if they r really involced in this biased game,
they r gonna loose all their goodwill,
i hope that they will sooner or later condemn all the barbaric acts.

they only investigate the USA. ever day you see in news horrible things being done to defenseless humans.
never charge any other country.
