i will only accept people who actualy know not just guessing, im 18 so it doesnt matter but i was wondering out of curiosity

You must be 18 to purchase or possess tobacco products in California. (Penal Code sec. 308.) The bill referenced above, to raise that age to 21, did NOT pass.

Im sure there isnt. It's 18 to buy use or posess tobacco products and there are statewide smoking bans in effect in restaraunts bars and probably most public places.

The law has been changed to make it age 21 in California.

Yes. You must be 18 and stores card for that too.
