Actually, Muslims worship the God of Abraham which is the same God Christians also worship. Christianity and Islam can be called cousin religions if you will. Now, I believe we can win the war in the middle east but the American people have to have the resolve to finish what we started. This is war and in war not everything is going to go your way all the time. We must attack this war on the diplomatic and economical fronts as well as militarily. Some on the left have already conceded defeat even though we haven't even fully implemented the lastest stragedy. Those on the far right want to win this war but do not want to understand the cultural and idealogical differences that fuel much of the hatred in this conflict. The truth is, the Iraqi people must win this war for themselves and we must assist them in any way we can since we were the ones that put them in this mess. Time will tell and one side will have a bunch of egg on thier face when it is all over. We'll see.

God doesn't take sides , he let's his children make their own mistakes and then pay the consequences and take the responsibility's for them .
Our punishment is not on earth , but in heaven .
We won't win a war that's been going on for hundreds of years .
We did not , have not and will not learn about that region of the world and so we don't understand their religion , and why , they find taking the life of their enemy so easy .
The answer is no , if we don't chang our actions and the way we are fighting this war !!!!

What exactly do you mean by "win"? That's a pretty loaded term; after all we're not going to take the place over, are we, but help to set up a stable country/region?

Actually God and Allah are the same person. Muhammad is a prophet, not a deity.

What about Jesus?

We are putting a democratic state in place so that we accomplish 2 things-
1-the people of Iraq are no longer being mass murdered by their leaders
2-we will have another ally in the region (Israel being the only other) and a new base will be set up in Iraq to improve stability in the region by having a steady presence there once all is said & done

It is sad. Gods are the same. It is just different where you were born. Catholics, Muslims, Hebrews, Hindus, Evangelist, Baptists, etc., and even Buddhist are the same.

The problem is the people who disagree. When you die, if there is a Heaven, the Catholics, Muslims, Hebrews, Hindus etc. will meet together for a "Happy Hour" with free drinks.

superb oblique rant. yet to maintain in line with the Y!A TOS i assume I would desire to respond to. i don't comprehend whose side God is on or if God even somewhat cares on the grounds that his attitude is a lot greater desirable than ours. yet while he's on an component, I actual have a feeling he's not rooting for people who aim harmless women persons and infants. I guess he's not rooting for people who might enslave finished civilizations, enforcing their tyranny and their merciless style of oppression. I actual have a feeling, back, if he's on every physique's side, he's on the fringe of those giving their time, efforts and in particular cases their lives keeping harmless adult males, women persons and infants and bringing freedom to the worldwide. yet then, i'd desire to be incorrect. perhaps he/she/it somewhat is one evil SOB. nevertheless, I doubt it.
