Is Toby Keith's opinion more important than the Natalie Maines'?
Is Sean Penn's opinion more valid than Charton Heston's?

If they don't matter, why is there so much angst over what they say?

In my opinion i think it should be legal. Yes, it can be harmful but not as harmful as achol. in the years people have died from achol. but yet not i have heard about any one dieing from weed. people say it is the gateway drug but yet its not a drug and i know tons of people who have smoke weed for years and not down other drugs and let alone there against other drugs. people also think that it should be illegal becuase it makes you more slow in the head but yet i smoke weed and lots of my friends do to and i am not dumb nor close to dumb but let lone kind a smart i never thought of me being smart intell i got my CRTs and SATS scores back and i did higher then most of my class and let so did my other friends there actually way far more intelligent then me i learn more form them then i do in school . . . yea it effects ur memory !!!!!
so in conclusion why is marijuana illegal but yet achol is legal and people die from it but yet no one has every died from marijuana . . .

All the parking spaces available to my dormatory building are handicapped. There is only 1 person in my building who is handicapped and she doesn't drive. Each time someone parks there of course gets a ticket from University Police for parking in a handicapped space. The regualr parking lot is at least 1/3 of a mile away from dorms. What do you guys think, is this legal or what? Please!!!, I really need feedback.

Ive always scoffed at those uniformed lemmings dressed in green aka JROTC kids its sad really how they allow this of all things in school!! How is that possibly part of a public curriculum teaching kids from middle school and brainwashing them that joining the army is fighting terrorism , then lying to them about gettting a college degree when less then 10% actually make it out with one at all . I my self am an anti-war activist , war is so like centuries ago but really it is unnnessary as a whole . However regardless of that ascpect i find the army recruiters invasion of my school to be wrong , telling kids who didnt quite make the grade that the Army and its facility is the only way to make something honerable of themselves . How is kiling innocent people honerable ? It seems that whoever disaggres with the U.S is painted to be against us and therefor terrorist when infact its plain to see why so many other nations hate us. How is this in anyway right?

In 2001, legislation was in the works requiring electronic voting machines to give the voter a paper receipt.

That legislation just seemed to disappear.

Now this subject and legislation is back in the news stating it is coming.

I'm like... yeah Rrrighhttt... I'll believe it when I see it.

conservatives embrace the ideals expressed in the Pledge of Allegiance, including "justice for all". That means the same laws are supposed to apply to everyone, whether it's a wealthy celebrity like Rush or a faceless inner-city man mired in poverty. In fact, Rush himself has advocated jail time for athletes and Hollywood celebrities who use drugs.

So if conservatives still believe that drug users should be sent to prison, shouldn't that mean that Rush should be imprisoned too?

Can you honestly say you would not have done the same thing in their shoes? Before you answer the question think about it, their resentment towards Jews was as much as our resentment towards muslims radicals and most German's truly believed that Jews were out to destroy their country. Would you deport or make second class citizen's of a group of people who you truly believed was out to destroy your country and your way of life?
